1st, you put up a general notice...
When things don't get better... it was left there.. no one bothered to clean up for them..........
till one day... someone cannot stand it anymore.............. it was cleaned up!
Tada!!!
and of course... have to put up another notice as a WARNING!!!!!!!!
LOL... serious sia...
PS: It's not me who clean it up... another nice person... i would have done that if it was left till tomorrow... lol
